The CBP High Threat, Modular, Blast Wall is manufactured from polyethylene plastic with three plates of .135” thick, 10 gauge steel installed within. The combination of high-density plastic and U.S. steel creates a formidable barrier against blast and ballistic threats. This Blast Wall is manufactured in three standard sizes: 24"x24", 24”x48”, 48"x48". However, CBP understands that no threat situation is the same and can customize the Blast Wall to fit your specific needs.

CBP has conducted blast and ballistic tests against this product. Depending on how much sand ballast is used, the Blast Wall will provide protection from 7.62, 5.56, 9mm, and up to 600lbs of ANFO blast mitigation (or a similar explosive level). Each square foot weighs approximately 19 lbs empty and approximately 52 lbs when filled with sand.
