Now you can eliminate wasted space! By using four of the 102" Boxes, or eight of the 50" boxes you will be able to create a solid package by completely weighting out and cubing a 463L Pallet. If you have any odd shaped items or awkward boxes, put them into the BUST box and avoid the headache of spending hours trying to make individual items fit together.

The Box Utility Storage Transport (BUST) was designed with the help of Air Force professionals to eliminate problems and headaches common to transporting large loads. For example, by utilizing this product, there is no more need for the usual anti-static mats that are required by the LoadMaster. These Boxes are extremely versatile and are ideal for odd shaped and over sized items that can’t fit into a standard sized container or for which the original box can't be found. A sample of some of the items that are being put into the CBP BUST Box are: any size boxes, stakes/tents, hedge hogs, bicycles, BBQ grills, and tools. This product is water-resistant, rust proof, vermin proof and an excellent addition for your deployment requirements.

The Bust Box is manufactured in two sizes. The Small Box measures 48” (H) x 41” (W) x 50”(L) and weighs 180 lbs with approximately 48 cubic foot capacity. The Large Box measures 48" (H) x 41" (W) x 102" (L) and weighs 300 lbs with approximately 101 cubic foot capacity. Eight of the 50" Boxes will fit onto a 463L pallet creating an approximate total of 384 cubic feet of storage space. Four of the 102" Boxes will fit onto a 463L pallet creating an approximate total of 404 cubic feet of storage space. Manufactured from the highest quality polyethylene plastic with 3/8” nominal wall thickness; it is dent and damage resistant; however; in case of damage, the polyethylene plastic can easily be repaired with a plastic repair kit.

Besides being capable of storing and transporting items it can also provide necessary protection if a high threat condition would unexpectedly arise. In this situation the Bust Box can quickly be filled with sand or water to create an instant protective wall or barricade. This barricade will stop any through penetration from a 9mm, 5.56, 7.62 rounds, and any dangerous flying shrapnel.

The standard color for this item is Olive Drab or Desert Tan but all colors are available. Delivery of this product is 30 days after receipt of order.
