24" ANTI VEHICLE PENETRATION SAFETY HARNESS

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Safety Harness is manufactured of plastic to custom fit CBP Barricade, Part No. 9562-24 (Safety Yellow), NSN 5660-01-434-2405. Ease of deployment and installation makes this the ideal product to prevent vehicle penetration through the barricade line. Documented pull tests show that the harness will withstand the break strength of 25,000 PSI.

Also the fact that the harness is not made of metal will ensure no additional fragmentation or shrapnel in a terrorist blast condition. A pull test was conducted in Yuma, Arizona by the U.S. Army to approve the use of the harness for the Portable Vehicle Arresting Barrier (PVAB) system. The harness test was successful and exceeded expectations. The barricades can be hooked to a post or similar stationary object and can be hooked end to end for a continuous line protection.
