Creative Building Product's 2 1/2 Ton Rear Steps were
custom designed by security personnel to eliminate repeat tailgate
climb up. Not only are the Rear Steps stable and practical but this
product will also help to reduce the time it takes to enter and
exit the rear of the vehicle. It should also reduce the number of
work related injuries due to slipping and falling off the back of
the truck.
The Rear Steps have a 1500 lb estimated working load
and an approximate weight of 45 lbs. The step length is 16"
and the step width is 7". The individual step surfaces are
a non-skid boot surface. Not only will this help prevent slipping
and falling but it also makes a great place to wipe off the bottoms
of muddy boots and to keep the truck interior clean.
The Rear Steps are designed to hook onto the back
of the tailgate within seconds. The tailgate keeps the Steps firmly
in place with no slippage of personnel and no danger of the product
falling. This is a high quality construction designed not only to
make the job easier and quicker but to help reduce the risk of personnel
slipping and falling while entering and exiting the rear of the
truck.
