Creative Building Product’s patented Steel GuardRail Post Safety Delineator for Pedestrians provides a valuable safety service to pedestrians by enhancing road and pathway markings in poor conditions such as fog, snow, low light, and at night. The Steel Safety Delineator for Pedestrians offers a high degree of protection to walkers, runners, bicyclists, and drivers along the backside of steel or wooden guardrail posts.

Greater light contrast levels and longer preview distances are issues that are critical in addressing the needs of a society that is on the road longer and more often then ever before. These safety issues have been addressed by Creative Building Products. CBP has included reflective tape that can be put on both sides of the product allowing pedestrians and drivers to see behind them as well as in front of them. The product comes with the option of applying either the white/yellow reflective tape or if you prefer, the orange reflective tape, to the Safety Delineator for added safety.

A wide spread problem with the delineators currently in use is that they are bolted or welded to the guardrail. If a vehicle should happen to collide with that rail and snap the delineator off, the entire unit must be replaced. CBP’s Safety Delineator will easily slide onto the guardrail allowing them to be taken off if necessary or easily replaced at $5.00 per unit, if necessary, in case of an automobile collision. For a more permanent solution, the option of applying an industrial adhesive is always available.

The Steel GuardRail Post Safety Delineator for Pedestrians is FHWA approved as a safety device and is currently in standard use in the state of Indiana and Arkansas. This product is available year round and can be shipped approximately 30 days after receipt of order.
