Creative Building Products warrants to the original purchaser that its products, which prove to be defective in material or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced at Creative Building Products option, free of charge, F.O.B. plant, USA.

What is not covered by the warranty

This warranty does not cover:

Installation not made properly causing defects to occur; Malfunction or defect resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, act of God, act of War, failure to reasonably to care for, or lack of performance of required maintenance; Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product or any or all SPECIAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; Use of the product in any application not involved in normal customer usage; Color fade or any appearance of the surface. This warranty does not extend to Products or parts thereof, which have been damaged by negligent use, misuse, alteration, accident, act of God, act of War, and any failure of owner to properly care for, maintain, and service the Products. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONSTITUTES OUR SOLE WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO THIS PRODUCT. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal use and service and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. WE EITHER NOR AUTHORISE ANY OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PART, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY PARTS OR ACCESSORIES NOT SUPPLIED BY US. THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS SOLEY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Creative Building Products reserves the right to change or modify models and specifications at any time, without notice or obligation, to improve previous and existing models in use. Any such change or modification SHALL NOT be construed as an admission that any prior product or part thereof is defective in any way. August 10, 2005

Product Caution The customer should first consult with the appropriate qualified personnel of their choosing, to insure the base/foundation will support the mass. This should be done prior to the installation of the media in the barrier/structure/wall/barricade. Any damage or loss which includes, but it is not limited to, base/foundation shift, compaction, cracking, leaning, falling, rupture, or any other damage is the customer's responsibility with no claim against Creative Building Products.
